iPrimeArena Terms of Service
Version 1.0
Effective February 07, 2026
1. Introduction
Look, we know nobody loves reading terms of service, but this stuff matters. These are the rules between you and iPrime LLC when you use iPrimeArena. By playing our games, you're saying you agree to all this. Don't agree? Then unfortunately, you can't use the platform.
Heads up: There's an arbitration section here that changes how disputes get handled. Basically, if there's a problem, we go to arbitration instead of court. You've got 30 days to opt out if you don't want that.
We might change these Terms sometimes. When we do, we'll post the updates in the app. If you keep playing after we make changes, that means you're cool with them. If not, you'll need to stop using iPrimeArena.
2. Your Privacy Matters
We collect some of your information when you use iPrimeArena. Everything about what we collect and how we use it is in our Privacy Policy. Make sure you read that because by playing, you're saying you understand what's in there.
3. Who Can Play
You've got to be 21 or older to use iPrimeArena. You also need to actually own the email address you sign up with. If we find out you don't meet these requirements, we're closing your account and everything you've earned or bought goes away.
4. What You're Getting
When you download and use iPrimeArena, we're letting you use it on one device for fun. That's it. This is for your personal entertainment, not for making money or running a business.
You can't mess with the app's code, try to hack it, or sell it to other people. We might push out updates sometimes, and those will install automatically. Just so we're clear, you're not buying iPrimeArena. We still own it. You're just getting permission to use it.
Oh, and if iPrimeArena happens to be illegal where you live, you need to stop using it immediately.
5. About Virtual Items
While playing, you'll see chances to earn, buy, or purchase virtual stuff like coins, points, or special items. We call all of this "Virtual Items." Here's the deal though: you don't actually own any of it. You're basically renting the right to use these digital things inside the game.
When you buy Virtual Items, that's it. No refunds. No exchanges. No take-backs. Even if your account gets shut down or we discontinue iPrimeArena, you're not getting your money back unless the law says we have to.
Don't try to sell Virtual Items for real cash or trade them outside the game. We don't allow that, and if you do it anyway, we'll terminate your account. Simple as that.
We can change how much Virtual Items cost whenever we want. We can also limit how many you can buy. If someone hacks your account and steals your Virtual Items, that's not on us. We might help you out and replace them if we feel like it, but we don't have to.
Everything you see in iPrimeArena belongs to us, including all those Virtual Items you think you "own."
6. Loyalty Points Explained
Loyalty Points are another type of virtual currency you can earn in iPrimeArena. Use them to get other Virtual Items or claim Rewards. Just like everything else, you don't really own these points. They're not real money and you can't cash them out.
You earn Loyalty Points by doing stuff in the game. Maybe you post your achievements on social media, play for a certain amount of time, or take part in special offers. The points have nothing to do with whether you win or lose games though.
When you want to use your Loyalty Points for Rewards, you'll need to give us your name and email the first time. The name has to match a government ID that belongs to the person who actually earned those points.
After you exchange points for a Reward, you've bought it. Then you've got a limited window to actually redeem it. Once you finish the redemption process, you can use the reward.
7. If You Go Inactive
We consider your account inactive if you don't log in for 30 days straight. You can wake it back up anytime by just logging in again. But if your account sits there inactive, we might delete your Loyalty Points. Any Rewards you bought but didn't redeem yet might also disappear. That's just how it works.
8. Account Termination
We can shut down or suspend your account whenever we want, for whatever reason, without warning you first. When that happens, everything's gone. Your access, your content, your Virtual Items, your Loyalty Points. All of it.
You can also cancel your own account whenever you feel like it by just stopping use of iPrimeArena.
9. Posting Your Own Stuff
iPrimeArena has forums, blogs, and chat features where you can post things and talk to other players. Just remember that if you post something, other people can see it and use it. Don't share anything you want kept secret.
We're not babysitting what users do with content that gets posted. If someone steals your idea or misuses something you shared, that's between you and them.
When you post content on iPrimeArena, you're permitting us to use it however we want, forever, anywhere in the world. We can modify it, sell it, show it to others, whatever. We're not claiming we own your stuff, but we can use it freely.
You promise that anything you post is either yours or that you have permission to post it. You also promise it doesn't break any laws or violate anyone else's rights.
We might monitor content or we might not. Either way, you could see things that offend you. That's the internet. You're on your own when it comes to what you post and how you interact with it.
If we want to delete, edit, or block any content for any reason, we can do that. We don't have to give you a reason or a warning.
Got ideas to make the iPrimeArena better? Send them our way. Just know that once you do, those ideas become ours. We own them completely and can do whatever we want with them.
10. How You Need to Behave
Follow the law. Follow these Terms. Don't try to cheat other players. Pretty straightforward.
If we catch you acting shady or doing things that mess with the community, we can take away your Loyalty Points, shut down your account, or ban you entirely.
Here's a list of things you absolutely cannot do:
Play if you're under 21. Use iPrimeArena to make money or help someone else's business. Mess with our systems or try to hack anything. Bypass security features. Use the platform in ways we didn't authorize.
Post anything that violates copyrights, spreads lies, is obscene or pornographic, promotes hate or violence, encourages illegal behavior, or harasses people.
Ruin the game for others. Cheat or exploit bugs. Upload viruses. Spam people. Make fake accounts or multiple accounts. Try to steal people's passwords or personal info.
Create or use bots, hacks, cheats, or any unauthorized software. Share exploits with other players. Sell or trade Virtual Items or accounts. Commit fraud. Break any laws. Attack our servers or other players' connections.
Basically, don't be a jerk and don't do illegal stuff.
11. We Own Everything
All the content, code, designs, and features in iPrimeArena are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We own it all or we have permission to use it.
Don't remove our copyright notices. Don't try to reverse engineer the app or figure out how it works under the hood. Don't use our logos or trademarks without asking us first.
12. Links to Other Websites
Sometimes iPrimeArena might have links to other websites that we don't control. We're not responsible for what's on those sites. Just because we link to something doesn't mean we're endorsing it. Click at your own risk.
13. Copyright Complaints
If you think someone's using your copyrighted work on iPrimeArena without permission, email legal@iprime.com with these details:
What copyrighted work do you think is being stolen? Where the infringing material is located on iPrimeArena. How to contact you. A statement saying you believe the use isn't authorized. A statement under penalty of perjury that you're authorized to act for the copyright owner. Your signature.
If you leave stuff out, we might not be able to help you.
14. Updates and Fixing Things
We update the iPrimeArena when we need to. Sometimes you'll need to accept those updates to keep playing. We also do maintenance work on our systems occasionally. When that happens, parts of iPrimeArena or the whole thing might not work for a bit.
If something's broken or you're having account problems, email support@iprime.com.
15. Resolving Disputes
If you're in the United States or somewhere else that allows arbitration agreements, here's how disputes between us get handled. Instead of going to court, we use arbitration unless you opt out.
What Arbitration Actually Means
Arbitration is when a neutral person, called an arbitrator, decides who's right instead of a judge or jury. You're giving up your right to sue us in court and your right to be part of class action lawsuits.
A "dispute" is basically any disagreement between you and iPrimeArena about anything related to your use of the platform.
You're Agreeing to Arbitration
Unless stated otherwise below, any fights between us go to arbitration, not court. No jury trials. No class actions where you team up with a bunch of other users.
No Class Actions
You can only bring claims individually. You can't join a class action lawsuit or any kind of group legal action against us. The arbitrator can't combine your case with other people's cases unless we both agree to it.
If there's a question about whether this no-class-action rule is legal, a court decides that, not the arbitrator.
If you opt out of arbitration, then this no-class-action rule doesn't apply to you.
Try to Work It Out First
Before going to arbitration, you have to try to resolve things with us directly. Send us a written complaint with your name, address, what you're upset about, which app or service is involved, your User ID, when stuff happened, what the problem is, and what you want us to do about it.
We've got 45 days to fix it. If we don't, then you can move forward with arbitration.
How to Opt Out
Don't want arbitration? Send us written notice within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms for the first time. Tell us your name, address, and User ID, and clearly state you don't want disputes resolved through arbitration.
Opting out doesn't hurt your relationship with us in any way. But if you don't opt out within 30 days, you've agreed to arbitration and given up your right to go to court.
We can still go to court if someone's intentionally abusing or hacking our platform.
How Arbitration Works for US Users
If you're in the US and arbitration happens, it goes through JAMS. One arbitrator handles it. They need to be a lawyer licensed in California with at least ten years of commercial law experience.
Your case is individual. The arbitrator can't bundle your case with other people's unless we both agree.
JAMS rules apply. If 25 or more people file similar claims represented by the same lawyers, that's considered a Mass Arbitration with special procedures.
The arbitrator can award you anything a court could award, but only for you individually. The decision is final with very limited appeal rights.
Arbitration happens in New York, but you can join remotely by video or phone. If you live more than 50 miles away and want to show up in person, we'll pay your reasonable travel costs.
You pay your own legal fees unless the rules say otherwise.
For Users Outside the US
If you're not in the US, arbitration goes through the London Court of International Arbitration in London, UK. Everything follows LCIA rules. English is the language used. English and Welsh law applies. The decision is final.
If Parts Don't Work
If any part of this arbitration section except the no-class-action part is found to be illegal, that part gets removed but everything else stays. If the no-class-action part is found illegal, then this whole arbitration thing is thrown out and disputes go to court.
This arbitration stuff stays in effect even if your account gets terminated or iPrimeArena shuts down.
16. No Guarantees
iPrimeArena comes "as is." We're not making any promises about how well it works. We don't guarantee it'll always be available, secure, or bug-free. We don't guarantee the content is accurate or that you'll like it.
You're responsible for how you interact with other players. We don't check people's backgrounds or verify what they say about themselves. Be smart about who you trust, especially if you're thinking about meeting someone in person.
Some places don't allow these kinds of disclaimers, so this might not apply to you.
17. We're Not Responsible for Everything
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or emotional distress that comes from using or not being able to use iPrimeArena.
If we are liable for something, the most you can get from us is $500 total.
Some places don't allow these kinds of limits, so this might not apply to you.
18. You'll Cover Us
If someone sues us because of something you did on iPrimeArena, you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages. This includes if you violated these Terms, posted something problematic, or broke any promises you made here.
We can take over the defense of any lawsuit you're supposed to cover us for, and you'll cooperate with us. You're paying for it.
19. iOS App Stuff
If you're using iPrimeArena on an iPhone or iPad, a few extra things apply. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. You need to follow Apple's App Store rules. We're responsible for the app, not Apple. Apple doesn't have to help you with support or warranties.
If there's a problem with the iOS app, we handle it, not Apple. You confirm you're not in a country the US has embargoed and you're not on any restricted lists. You'll follow third-party rules when using the app. Apple can enforce these Terms as they relate to the iOS app.
20. Android App Stuff
If you're using iPrimeArena on an Android device, these Terms are between you and us, not Google. Follow Google Play's rules. We're responsible for the app. Google doesn't owe you anything regarding the app or these Terms.
21. Text Messages
Want SMS support? Text JOIN to our number. You'll get messages at different frequencies. Standard message and data rates apply from your carrier.
Need help? Reply HELP. Want to stop? Reply STOP. Your carrier's not responsible if messages get delayed or don't arrive.
22. Which Laws Apply
New York State law governs these Terms. If there's a lawsuit, it happens in New York courts. If you're outside the US and local law doesn't allow this, then it doesn't apply to you.
23. Wrapping Up
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and iPrimeArena. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission. We can transfer ours whenever we want.
We'll contact you through email or by posting notices on iPrimeArena. If you need to contact us officially, put it in writing and send it to our contact address.
If we don't enforce something right away, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later. If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
